Course Objective
2. Course Description
This course explores the human side of business. It moves from the Individual (Personality, EQ) to the Group (High-Performance Teams, Conflict) and finally to the System (Culture, Change). The focus is on developing "Social Intelligence"—the ability to influence, negotiate, and lead diverse teams in a digital, hybrid workplace.
